Barrow's favourite shop front competition

Which is your favourite shopfront in the Barrow Borough and why?

You can vote for your favourite shopfront by telling us in no more than 50 words what you think makes it special. The shopfront which receives the most votes will be crowned as the "Borough's Favourite Shopfront". The person who best justifies their choice of shopfront will win a £50 cash prize.

The shopfront could be old or new; in need of some TLC or in a good condition. It may be your local corner shop or it could be a larger store within a town centre. You may like it because of an unusual feature, a quirky sign or something else which sets it apart from the rest. What we'd like to know is what you think is attractive or special about it.

You can choose any shopfront in the Borough, whether the shop is currently used at present or whether it is vacant. Please remember though that it is the external appearance of the shopfront which is important, rather than the shop display or the services on offer.
