Community Safety Day

Representatives of Central and Hindpool Neighbourhood Management Team held a successful commnunity safety day in Barrow Market on Saturday 12 September 2009.

The team offered advice and information to people about security and fire safety. On the day people could sign up for a free fire home safety visit including free smoke alarm and also get their belongings such as mobile phones, MP3 players property marked using UV pens.

The stall also contained lots of free information leaflets and booklets including road safety activity books for children, dog bags for cleaning up after pets and much more.
