Sutherland St area improvements

Improvement work is well under way in the North Central housing renewal area of Barrow.

Contractors are currently working on the evens side of Sutherland Street and demolition work on the odds side is due to start later this month.

 

The photos here show the great quality of the work being carried out which will improve the housing and make the whole area a more attractive place to live.

The work along the Sutherland St block forms just one part of ongoing improvements in the wider area and further work is planned for later in the year.
